This unit will focus on physical fitness testing and the important connection between this and overall health. Students will learn the importance of physical fitness testing - flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and body composition, and analyze data in order to create fitness goals, and ultimately engage in planning to live a healthy lifestyle. Students will partake in a variety of formative and summative assessments.
